REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Please refer to the following criteria as a guideline for our Return & Refund policy:
* Strictly no refund
* Exchanges are strictly only allowed for wrong or defective items
Personal preferences such as:
1. Item does not fit
2. style or design are not suitable etc reasonings are not allowed for exchange or refund once purchased.
All products sold by AE Purity must be returned within 14 working days for international orders and 7 working days for domestic orders.
Returned products must be in original and unused condition such as unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.
All return an exchange shipping costs (both ways) will be borne by buyer (except defect item).
Sales / Discounted item(s) are not eligible for exchange
We do not provide refund. Hence, return items are eligible for store credit or exchange.
You may choose to exchange to any other item, subject to stock availability. If the return purchased item is out of stock in other size(s) / colour (s), buyer can choose to exchange for other item with equivalent value or top up the difference for higher value item. Otherwise, buyer can choose to convert item value into store credit for future purchase.
Any store credit you receive will be valid for 12 months from the date it is credited to your account.
Exchange Policy is granted for 1 time only for each item.
AE Purity reserve the right to reject exchanges if any of the condition above is not compiled.
